RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Shipping Returns:
Ship your product to: Gerald Imber MD PC, Attn: Lindsay Tansky,121A East 83rd Street, New York, NY 10028. When returning an item, use a trackable shipping service. Youth Corridor LLC is not liable for returns that are lost in transit and do not have a delivery confirmation.

Refunds will be issued for products returned within 14 days of the original purchase date listed on your shipping invoice. Please send your item back with a copy of the original invoice and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For international returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping, duty, and customs charges associated with the return.
Gift cards are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Products purchased on 'final sale' or at a discount greater than 30% off of retail are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges will be issued for products returned within 14 days of the original purchase date listed on your shipping invoice. Please send your item back with a copy of the original invoice and reason for exchange.

Gifts (If applicable):
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
DELIVERY METHOD AND TIMING
Youth Corridor ships via United Parcel Service and United States Postal Service. Orders will ship within 48 hours if placed Monday thru Thursday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship by Tuesday of the following week. Delivery timing will follow standard UPS and USPS delivery schedules and each customer will have access to track their order at any time. International orders will ship via UPS and the customer is responsible for all shipping, duty, and customs charges.  There will also be a $20.00 handling fee added to the order.

When you purchase something from our online store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
